"My favorite thing is that I went through a phase that I really really disliked denists and or anyone in that field. (Bad experience) so when my Denist suggested Braces I was like, "Ummm NO WAY", Little did I know I would go in for my consultation and realized Jessica worked for Dr. Brenda which made me feel comfortable. Then I had my consultation and met everyone and I WAS HOOKED. Dr. Brenda promised she was gonna do everything she could make me love my smile (you know, work her magic). I had no expectations on time, I've never really asked how much longer I will be in treatment. I just know that I am great hands. I love Danielle Justice, for always taking the time to make sure things are good with me. She is amazing. I feel like the entire office is an extended family and I can think of no better place to start to love my smile. I am so excited to see what my new smile braces free will look like, its very emotional and personal for me and I know that Dr. Brenda is doing her best work so I am sure I will love the end product. I am excited to have my daughter start her process soon. "So many many favorites, but the one that takes the cake (or ice cream) is how great everyone working there is! Another prime example is from just yesterday. My older son was scheduled to get braces, he often has alot of anxiety and is often freaked out about things. I told Tracy this yesterday before she started putting his braces on. She took her time and explained EVERYTHING that was going to happen and my son handled it like a champ. Well, last night at 5pm Tracy called my son up just to see how he was doing (and it wasn't good) She sympathized and encouraged him and gave him GREAT advice on how to get through these next couple of days. Good ole mom's advice went on deaf ears but Braces for Ages Tracy made it all better!!! (after business hours and going the extra mile when braces might not be so much fun :) Thank you for caring so much about your patients!!! It REALLY is the difference. You explained everything throughly to us without the attitude that we got from other places. Plus the bonus of the Brenda Bucks, which my son loves! He is saving them all for he end of his treatment I think! Plus he loves the waterpark day and I love brewing up a cup of coffee for myself while I am waiting for him!
