Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you! The initial appointment to get your braces on usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half in the morning. However, once your braces are on, the appointment intervals are extended for your convenience generally every 10 weeks! These long appointment intervals are made possible because Dr. Brenda and Team implement the latest technologies and techniques. We are proud that our office is known for staying on schedule and on time. In order to maintain this level of efficiency, if you ever need to make a change to an appointment, please allow 24-hours notice.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will call the insurance companies for verification of coverage and estimated coverage amount. We accept assignment of benefits from most insurance plans and file the necessary forms to the insurance company for you.

We do our best to structure a financial payment plan to fit this valuable investment into your budget. If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we offer a courtesy discount. We have in office financing, which allows you to make monthly payments interest free! We are also proud to accept Visa, MasterCard and debit payments.
